High Strength Reinforced Cement Blanket
Product Overview
This advanced cement blanket incorporates steel fiber or glass fiber reinforcement within both the fiber fabric and cement layer. The reinforcement system significantly enhances tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact resistance. Once hardened, it delivers performance comparable to reinforced concrete while offering substantially simpler and faster installation. Ideal for projects demanding exceptional structural strength and long-term durability.

Installation Procedure
  1. Base Surface Preparation: For high-load applications, reinforce the substrate with geotextile or steel mesh to ensure foundation stability
  2. Laying and Securing: Unroll the cement blanket over the prepared surface. Maintain 15-20cm overlap width and reinforce overlap areas with additional corrosion-resistant steel nails spaced 15-20cm apart
  3. Hydration and Compaction: Thoroughly saturate the cement blanket with water. Use a roller to compact the surface and overlap sections, ensuring even cement distribution and proper reinforcement integration
  4. Curing and Quality Verification: Cover with wet cloth or apply curing agent for 7-14 days. Conduct strength testing post-curing to confirm compliance with design specifications before commissioning
